Welcome to the official CCFCC 2011 National Conference Blog!

So, you might ask, what exactly is the CCFCC, and what will happen at the 2011 National Conference?

The CCFCC is a not-for-profit association with a goal to unite chefs and cooks Canada-wide in a common aim for professional excellence in the culinary industry. The CCFCC's yearly National Conference is a tribute to their mission statement, a four-day-long chance for industry professionals and foodies alike to delight in all things edible and discuss the business behind food.

The conference will take place between June 12 and 15, 2011, in the host city of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games: Vancouver, British Columbia. This is an exciting opportunity for conference delegates to meet some of the top chefs and industry professionals from across Canada and the world.

This year's conference lineup includes some great events, including presentations from world-renowned chefs, culinary competitions, plenty of things to eat, and much much more.
